1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website at thedevelopersplaybook.com.au and purchasing or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kaizen Projects Pty Ltd, located at 2 Greenhill Road, Wayville SA 5034.
2. Our Programs
The Developer's Playbook offers property development education programs at three tiers:
- Foundation ($8,000 + GST)
- Partnership ($22,000 + GST)
- Founders Table ($88,000 + GST) — limited to 4 participants
Program inclusions are as described on the website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update program content to keep it current and relevant.
3. Enrolment and Payment
Enrolment is subject to application and acceptance at our discretion. By submitting an application, you are expressing interest and do not guarantee a place in the program.
Payment terms will be provided upon acceptance. Payment plans may be available and will be outlined in your enrolment agreement. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
4. Refund Policy
We want you to be confident in your investment. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Before program commencement: Full refund available if you withdraw at least 14 days before your program start date.
- Within 7 days of commencement: If you have completed less than 20% of the program content, you may request a refund minus a $500 administration fee.
- After 7 days of commencement: No refunds will be issued. You will retain access to the program materials for the agreed access period.

5. Intellectual Property
All content within The Developer's Playbook — including but not limited to course materials, feasibility models, checklists, frameworks, templates, videos, and written content — is the intellectual property of Kaizen Projects Pty Ltd.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the materials for your own education and development activities. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or share program materials with any third party
- Use materials to create competing educational products or services
- Record, screenshot, or otherwise capture program sessions for redistribution
- Resell or sublicence access to any program materials
Breach of intellectual property terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
6. Your Obligations
As a participant, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during enrolment
- Treat all program materials as confidential
- Engage respectfully with other participants, mentors, and staff
- Not hold yourself out as a representative or partner of Kaizen Projects
- Comply with all applicable laws in your use of program materials
7. Deal Vault and Advisory Services
Certain program tiers include access to the Deal Vault and advisory services. These are provided as educational tools and general guidance. Any property deals, introductions, or market intelligence shared through these channels are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence and obtaining independent professional advice before making any financial or investment decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our programs shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages
- We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from any property development decision you make
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the program if you:
- Breach these terms
- Engage in conduct that is harmful to other participants or our business
- Share or redistribute program materials
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active participants via email. Continued use of our website or programs after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
